Hair and scalp concerns, allergies, and other information you voluntarily provide that is relevant to your service.

Client photographs or videos taken with your permission.

Transaction records, payment status, and billing information.

Messages, feedback, and communication preferences.

Our websites may also collect technical information through cookies and similar technologies, including your IP address, browser and device information, pages visited, referring websites, and interactions with our website or advertising.

2. How We Use Information

We use information to:

Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments.

Personalize salon services and consider relevant sensitivities or allergies.

Process payments and maintain transaction records.

Send appointment reminders, service updates, and follow-up communications.

Respond to questions and provide customer support.

Send promotional emails or text messages when you have provided the required consent.

Understand website activity and measure advertising performance.

Maintain business records, prevent misuse, resolve disputes, and meet applicable legal obligations.

Please provide only information relevant to your salon services. You do not need to provide unrelated medical records or detailed medical histories.

3. Service Providers and Other Disclosures

We do not sell our client contact lists or salon consultation records.

We use providers that process information to support our business, including:

HighLevel: Supports appointment management, client records, forms, and email and text communications.

Stripe: Processes payments. Payment information is handled under Stripe’s applicable terms and privacy policy. We may receive transaction details, payment status, and limited payment-method information needed to manage your purchase.

Website and communications providers: Support website hosting, storage, message delivery, and related business functions.

Our use of Meta Pixel involves disclosure of website activity information to Meta, as explained below. This is separate from using providers to manage your salon appointments.

We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law or legal process, protect rights or safety, investigate fraud, or resolve disputes.

4. Cookies and Meta Pixel

Our websites use cookies and similar technologies, including Meta Pixel, to understand website activity, measure advertising results, and support relevant advertising on Facebook and Instagram.

Depending on configuration and your interactions, Meta Pixel may receive information such as your IP address, browser information, identifiers, pages visited, and actions taken on our websites. Meta may associate this information with your Meta account and use it under its own privacy policy.

We do not authorize the use of salon allergy information, sensitive consultation notes, or SMS opt-in consent records for advertising.

You can manage cookies through your browser settings and manage certain advertising preferences through your Meta account. Blocking cookies may affect some website functions and may not prevent every form of tracking.

Depending on applicable law, disclosures for targeted advertising may be treated as “sharing” or a “sale” even when no money changes hands. Where applicable, you may contact us to exercise rights concerning these disclosures.

5. Text Messages and Email

With the appropriate consent, Willie David Hair may send appointment confirmations, reminders, service updates, follow-up messages, and promotional communications.

For text messages:

Message frequency varies.

Message and data rates may apply.

Reply STOP to unsubscribe.

Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us using the information below.

Consent to promotional text messages is not a condition of purchasing services.

We do not sell, rent, or share mobile numbers, text-message opt-in data, or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. We may disclose information to providers strictly as needed to deliver our messages and support the messaging service, or when legally required.

You may unsubscribe from promotional emails using the unsubscribe link in the email or by contacting us. Unsubscribing from promotional emails does not necessarily stop necessary appointment, payment, or service communications.

Providing a phone number, booking an appointment, or accepting this privacy policy does not by itself constitute consent to promotional text messages.

6. Client Photos and Videos

We ask permission before taking or using identifiable client photos or videos. Permission is currently requested verbally.

We explain the intended use and use the material only within the permission given. Permission to take a photo does not automatically authorize every form of publication or advertising.

You may decline photography or promotional use without affecting your ability to receive salon services.

If you wish to withdraw permission for future use or request removal from channels we control, contact us. We will review and act on your request as appropriate. We cannot guarantee removal of copies already shared by others or materials already distributed.

For minors, permission must come from a parent or legal guardian.

7. Children’s Privacy

Our websites and online booking services are intended for adults, including parents and guardians booking services for children. They are not directed to children under 13.

We occasionally provide salon services to children under 13. A parent or guardian handles booking, provides relevant service information, and gives necessary permission.

We do not knowingly collect personal information online directly from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted information directly through our websites without appropriate parental involvement, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action, including deletion where required.

8. Information Retention

Our standard retention period for client service records is 10 years after the client’s last appointment, unless a shorter period is required by law or a longer period is necessary for legal obligations, disputes, or legal claims.

Different information may have different retention periods. Website tracking information, payment-provider records, and communications records may also be subject to provider retention practices.

We may retain limited opt-out information to honor communication preferences and records of consent where needed to demonstrate compliance.

When information is no longer needed, we will delete, anonymize, or securely dispose of it as appropriate.

9. Information Security

We take reasonable precautions to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, and disclosure.

However, no website, storage system, or method of transmission is completely secure. Please do not send full payment-card details or unnecessary sensitive information through ordinary email, text messages, or social media.

You may contact us to:

Request access to personal information we maintain about you.

Correct inaccurate information.

Request deletion of information.

Update communication preferences.

Withdraw permission for future promotional use of photos or videos.

Ask questions about cookies, advertising, or information disclosures.

Depending on applicable law, you may have additional rights concerning your information, including rights relating to targeted advertising.

We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. Some information may need to be retained for legal obligations, transaction records, disputes, or other permitted purposes. We will explain applicable limitations when responding.
